I recently placed a couple of online orders with Shahzaib Saeed and while the quality of their threads/products is genuinely good and the staff is polite and helpful, the overall management, especially the online order placement, tracking, and execution system is extremely poor and frustrating.
They seem to have no proper system in place to understand or track what orders customers are placing and what is actually being delivered. In my case, I had two separate orders with different amounts. They cancelled one of them, but somehow the lower-amount order got delivered while the higher-amount order was the one recorded as cancelled in their system. As a result, the price difference was never adjusted or refunded. It feels like complete chaos on their end — no one knows what’s happening with the orders.
On top of that, there is absolutely no proper order tracking facility available. You have no idea which order you placed, what its current status is, or even what record they have in their system. Every time I tried to follow up, it was just confusion.
Decent product quality and nice staff, but the backend management and online ordering process is so bad that it completely ruins the experience. I would think twice before ordering online from them again. Abdul Aleem, 03215171757
